1 Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure that all items on the website are accurately reproduced but some variations in colour, layout and typography may be occur. Where prints are supplied direct from the artst/photographer and not printed by artistprints-online.co.uk or ewgraphics.co.uk, we will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the quality of the print/s.

2 Prices

If the price of an item on the website is incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the true price and ask if you still wish us to proceed with your order at this price.

At present, artistprints-online.co.uk does not charge VAT.

3 Delivery

We will despatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow 7-10 days for delivery unless you have asked for Special Delivery.

Delivery charges for you order will be stated on your order confirmation.

4 Returns and refunds

We aim to despatch the goods to you in perfect condition, however, occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we will always be happy to rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We will accept returned items for exchange or refund up to 14 (fourteen) days after purchase but YOU MUST FIRST EMAIL US at admin@artistprints-online.co.uk OR TELEPHONE 08700 665 990 with the item details and your reasons for returning the goods. We may offer to reprint and resend the items free of charge.

The item/s must be returned with its/their original tags/labels and in original packaging. We will not accept any returns that have been soiled, bent, creased or are dirty or smell of smoke etc.

We suggest that you send returns by registered post or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS BEFORE EMAILING OR TELEPHONING THE DETAILS.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will do our best to resolve the matter within 14 days and keep you informed during the process. Your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

5 Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

artistprints-online.co.uk will not sell or pass your name, address or e-mail address to any third party unless legally obliged to by UK Government authorities. We may use this information to send you e-mail newsletters to keep you informed of new products and seasonal offers. In addition you may choose to receive e mail reminders.

In order to improve the service offered to you technology may be used to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to the site and to help personalise the content displayed to each user. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.

Your card details are transferred directly to our Payment Service Provider (www.paypal.co.uk) for immediate authorisation and are not recorded or stored in our database. Once we have received authorisation from the Payment Service Provider we confirm your order.

6 Abuse of the Website Service

You agree not to use the website directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose or so as to cause distress or offence to any person. We reserve the right not to process your order if we decide that you are using the website for such purposes and ban you from placing orders with us in the future. In such an event we will refund any payment made by you.

All text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material that is contained on the website is protected by our or third party copyrights, trade marks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and we shall not be liable to you for your inability to use the service. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you via the website will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms and conditions; and all warranties in respect of the website, the items supplied by us and any other services that we may provide through the website from time to time are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not prejudice your statutory rights.
