Farid Aouni

Farid is an artist from Algeria, born in 1965. He went to college studying art and finished with a diploma of Art Teaching in Grammar School.

He has been teaching art for almost ten years, has lived in France for a short period then moved to England, where he has stayed since the end of 2000.

Farid has been painting for more than 20 years now, mainly in oils. He exhibited in Algeria, and has recently joined the Folkestone Art Society which has awarded him two prizes.

Prints are individually giclée printed by hand on matt coated art paper using archival pigment inks with a life expectancy of more than 75 years.
